Deployment Options
mTelematics offers the following two deployment options to
customers with different needs:
Platform Licensing
Customers purchase the hardware platform and license mTelematicsWeb™
and/or mTelematicsAPI™ on a per asset basis (mTelematicsEngine™ is
included as part of the core platform offering).
Customers host and operate the platform themselves while mTelematics provides
necessary technical support, maintenance and software upgrades to the customers.
This option is ideal for customers who seek to have a high degree of
operational control and flexibility.
Service Hosting
Customers subscribe to the hosted mTelematicsWeb™ and/or mTelematicsAPI™
on a per asset basis
The platform will be hosted entirely by mTelematics while the customers are
only required to procure the supported telematics devices.
This option is ideal for customers who are looking for a low-investment and
cost-effective start-up model.
